Baum B900-0199 Broken Glow Plug Remover Set. Use to remove broken glow plugs. Comes with 1/4”, 8mm and 10mm Taps. CDI which stands for "Common Rail Direct Injection" is typically found on Mercedes. It's a fuel-injection system that uses a single "rail" (fuel line) that maintains constant fuel pressure regardless of injection sequence. The vehicle's computer along with camshaft and crankshaft sensors control when the injectors are sprayed. This tool can be used to help prevent the need of removing the cylinder head to extract a broken injector. |
