Mercedes Benz fan belt service wrench This universal tool has been designedto service Mercedes Benz radiator fans and pulley belts. The three-in-one designallows servicing three separate areas of repair, all of which require aspecialty tool due to their confined locations. The 10mm hex bit is foradjusting the air conditioning belt tension as well as the idle pulley on 1986and later 420 and 560 series cars with V8. The 1/2 square drive allows 17and 19mm sockets to be attached for adjusting the mono belt on 1985 and later190, 260, and 300 series cars with 4 and 6 cylinders engines. The 8mm hex bit isfor removing and installing the front viscous fan on 190 and 300 series carswith 6 cylinder engines.
