Designed to allow adjustment of camshaft spur belts with pin holed idler pulley. Grips center of pulley, rotating it around the off center retaining bolt, allowing for tension adjustment. Heat treated alloy steel, black finish and soft grip handle. Covers most 1990 and later Mitsubishi 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder engines (except minivan applications).
