A truly miraculous tool

This is one of the best-kept automotive secrets I've come across. Be advised, you must use the flexible (FLXFB3000 or FLXFB3001) CV boots. You can also use Dorman's Uni-fit boots (614-001 for joints up to 3.58" or 614-003 for joints over 3.58") sold by O'Rielly Auto parts). Be warned, the axel bolts may be extremely hard to remove. My application required a 3-foot long breaker bar (170 ft. lbs.)
I discovered both outer boots on my '92 Hyundai Excel were ruptured while performing an oil change. I was preparing to remove the brake caliper, remove the lower ball joint, remove the hub, drain the transmission, remove the axels, replace the inner axel seals, disassemble the inner CV joints, remove the inner CV boots, remove the axel dampener to replace the outer CV boots. Then I'd have to reverse the whole procedure to reassemble the axels. Thanks to the flexible CV boots, and this tool, I was able to complete the task while removing about 1/3rd of the aforementioned parts. The flexible boots are not as thick as regular CV boots, but they seem thick enough to perform their task.
