Tests Ford fuel injected and carbureted vehicles which use computer controlled idle speed. Used on both idle speed control motors and by-pass air solenoids. Easily plugs into connectors on ISC motor or BPA Solenoid. OEM connectors. Extra length leads provide easy access to battery and ISC motor or BPA solenoid. Also allows cylinder balance test without computer affecting the idle speed. LED readout indicates if Idle Tracking Switch (ITS) is working. Part 131A for OBD II 1995 and up is available separately for existing 131 Testers.
