E/K, U The 1997 U-Van's fuel tank sending unit is held in place with a threaded plastic cap. The cap must be installed to a specific torque due to OBDII and emissions standards. J 39348 is a U-shaped tool which fits over the fuel sender's retaining cap and engages tabs on the outside of the cap. The threaded cap style is different from the cam style lock nuts.
