Power Probe Brake Bleeder
BLEEDER DETAILS
After installing the proper master cylinder reservoir adapter, connect up the bleeder's pressure hose, plug its power cord into a 120 volt outlet and switch it on. The 2.5 gallon bleeder pressurizes the brake system by way of its built in pressure regulator. When bleeding is completed, simply switch the unit off. This completely relieves the pressure from the brake system allowing you to disconnect the hose without the typical brake fluid spillage experienced with certain air pressure bleeders.

Fluid level indicator:

The brake fluid level remaining in the main tank is clearly shown by observing the fluid level indicator located on the side of the bleeder. The level indicator can also be used as a guide when filling the unit with new brake fluid. Keep in mind that there will always be least 1 pint of brake fluid remaining in the bottom of the main tank. This means you will see a little brake fluid in the lower part of the fluid level indicator.

Fill cap and inlet screen:

Filling the bleeder with new brake fluid is easy. Just remove the cap and pour it into the inlet through the screen filter. The screen filter keeps particles from entering into the main tank of the bleeder. When the bleeder is filled, replace the cap.
Depressurizing the tank is not necessary when filling the bleeder. This means there are no diaphragms or compressed air to deal with.

Pressure Gauge:

The pressure gauge reads from 0-85 psi. This gives you an accurate indication of the pressure in the vehicle's brake system. The pressure can be adjusted by the built in regulator.

Storage tray:
The storage tray can hold master cylinder bleeder adapters or bleeder wrenches.
Low level shut off, warning buzzer and light:
When the bleeder runs low on brake fluid the red indicator light will turn on and the buzzer sounds off. This tells you that the bleeder is no longer creating pressure and needs to be refilled.
About 1 pint of brake fluid will remain in the bottom of the main tank to prevent the injection of air into the system.
Just turn it off, refill the unit, turn it back on and continue bleeding the vehicle. It is that easy!
Pressure regulator knob:
The pressure can be adjusted by turning the pressure regulator knob. The lock-nut stops have been adjusted at the factory to 30 p.s.i. maximum pressure before it was shipped.30 p.s.i. is usually enough pressure to bleed most brake systems. If you find it necessary to adjust the pressure higher, you must loosen the lock nuts. Adjusting the pressure higher than 30 p.s.i. should only be done if the vehicle manufacturer recommends it.
Reset the lock-nuts back to the 30 p.s.i. position when finished.
