Warranty:
Automotive Specialty Tools LLC will directly warrant any product found defective due to workmanship of product within the first 30 days. After 30 days, any defective product must be addressed with the manufacturer.
Returns:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item within 30 days.

We charge a 15% restocking fee

Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.

If the product was damaged in transit to you REFUSE IT and call us

A 25% restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned in less than new, resalable condition.

There is NO RETURNS on software items.

Diagnostic Equipment and Electronic Items - Due to their sensitive nature, Electronic items and Diagnostic equipment are non-refundable

A charge of $10.95 will be deducted for all products originally shipped free of charge.
We suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for
returns that do not arrive back to us.
