DT-52682 “B” Clutch Spring Compressor Tool

Application: 2020 Silverado and Sierra with 10L1000 Transmission

DT-52682 is an adapter used with inline DT-51892 3-Legged Adjustable Bridge to compress the 10L1000 transmission “B” clutch piston return spring for removal of the snap ring and disassembly of the “B” clutch located in the front support assembly.

The adapter allows even pressure to be applied around the entire perimeter of the return spring to relieve tension off the snap ring and allow its removal with a suitable pick or other tool.
