Applications:

Inline 4 Cylinder 2.8L
Inline 5 Cylinder 3.5L
Inline 5 Cylinder 3.7L

The camshaft holder and gear retainer also work on the I6 4.2L but the flywheel holder doesn't. The 4.2L requires J-44226 instead.
