EN-48266 Injector Seal Installer Sizer 6757

Applications: 2.0L LNF turbo and 3.6L LLT V6, with a single seal on the SIDI injector

EN-48266 is used to install the teflon seal onto the end of the injector. The pilot cone is placed onto the end of the injector, and the seal is started over the cone. The installer is used to push the seal into the groove on the injector tip, and the sizer is placed over the seal to compress it back to the correct OD to allow installation into the cyliner head. Unapproved methods will damage the seal, resulting in compression loss and oil or fuel comsumption.
